The College of Business: Management
The study of Management prepares students for leadership in business environments that are characterized by continuous change in technology, increasing globalization, growing cultural, gender and racial diversity.
The ability to successfully organize and coordinate resources in such an environment poses complex challenges to managers in modern organizations. The Management program at Bryant is dedicated to preparing students to meet this challenge.
Bryant's small class sizes and personal attention from faculty provide opportunities for students to assist faculty with research. Some recent faculty research projects from the Department of Management include:
- Percepetions of Age Discrimination among Younger Workers and their Effects in Organizations by Professor Eileen Kwesiga
- Globalization and the Theater of Work: Towards an emic understanding of everday life identity transitions in Indian international call centers by Professor Diya Das
For more information about the Management program, contact Associate Professor Sam Beldona, Department Chair, at sbeldona@bryant.edu.
